Shipping & Delivery


1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days for domestic shipping and 30-60 business days for international shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rate & Delivery Estimates
If you have decided the items that you want to order, please send us email to fineartsbali@gmail.com. We will check the shipping charges of your order to our trusted shipping company. If you agree to proceed based on the prices given by us, we will continue processing your order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur We are also welcome if you have your own trusted shipping company in Bali. We will inform them where and when to pick up your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business days.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bali Fine Arts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
Bali Fine Arts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Replacements

 

Online Purchase

All sales are final. No cash refunds may be made, however, full credit for exchange is indefinitely allowed on all objects purchased from our galleries with the exception of a few consigned items. Items may only be returned in case of online misrepresentation or lack of authenticity. Any claim of misrepresentation must be made within seven (7) days after the item arrived at your country port, along with proof of test results, expert reports, etc. Item must be returned in its original condition. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, Bali Fine Arts must be contacted within 2 days with a full description along with the pictures of the damages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and item safety is customer’s responsbility.

 

Lack of Authenticity

Bali Fine Arts guarantees the authenticity and ownership history of every item. Any claim disputing authenticity must be made in writing by the original buyer upon discovering the lack of authenticity. The original buyer must return the item to Bali Fine Arts, along with proof of test results and expert reports, in the same condition and state as it was received.

Payment and Pricing

All items are offered subject to prior sale. All prices are subject to change without notice, however, if the prce is currently listed on the website at the time customer wishes to purchase, that price will be guaranteed. The following credit cards are honored: American Express, Visa, Mastercard. A deferred payment plan is available, however, title remains with Bali Fine Arts until payment is made in full.
